Manuscript Submission Requirements
Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure the following:
✔ The submission is original and unpublished.
✔ The article is not under consideration by another journal or publication.
✔ The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word or RTF format.
✔ The content has been thoroughly spell-checked and grammar-checked.
✔ All references and citations are properly included.
✔ Permission has been obtained for copyrighted materials, images, or graphics used in the article.
Manuscript Structure
Your manuscript should include:
- Title of the Article
- Author Name(s) & Designation
- Abstract (150–200 Words)
- Keywords
- Main Content
- Conclusion
- References
- Author Photograph
- Author Bio & Contact Information
Abstract Guidelines
The abstract should be concise, factual, and clearly explain:
- Purpose of the research
- Key findings
- Methodology
- Major conclusions
Recommended Length:
150–200 Words
Formatting Guidelines
Text Formatting
- Use a clean and readable font.
- Font size should be 12 pt.
- Use single-line spacing.
- Headings and subheadings should be clearly defined and numbered where applicable.
Images & Graphics
- Images should be at least 300 DPI.
- Provide proper captions for all images, tables, and figures.
- Maximum of four images/graphics per article.
- Images should not reveal confidential or vulnerable information.
- Do not submit images separately in PowerPoint or email formats.
Referencing Style
APA Referencing Style Is Mandatory
Authors are required to use APA citation and referencing format throughout the manuscript.

Plagiarism Policy
Digital Forensics (4N6) follows strict plagiarism detection and prevention standards to ensure originality and publication integrity.
Any submission found containing plagiarized or duplicated content may be rejected immediately.
Review & Editorial Process
All submissions are initially reviewed by the editorial team for suitability and quality.
Selected papers are then evaluated by independent expert reviewers. The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of articles will be made by the editorial board.
The decision of the editor(s) shall be final.
Proofreading & Corrections
After acceptance, the corresponding author will receive the edited manuscript for proofreading and final corrections.
Authors are requested to:
✔ Review all corrections carefully
✔ Use “Track Changes” mode for edits
✔ Submit corrections within 7–10 working days
Failure to respond within the specified timeline may result in publication delays.
Copyright & Publishing Rights
Authors submitting articles to Digital Forensics (4N6) agree to the publication and circulation terms of the journal.
Authors retain significant rights to use and share their published work while granting publication rights to the journal through the Copyright Transfer Form.
Offprints & Publication Access
The corresponding author will receive the final published version of the article at no additional cost.
Additional printed offprints may be ordered separately.
